Federal & Armed Forces Exhibits

With 216 linear feet of display walls, this exhibit has the same basic effect of colorful, attention grabbing, recruiting graphics. The illustrative purpose was to highlight the intricacies and mission of the US Airforce.

The construction of this exhibit featured mural sized digital graphics on MDF and plywood structures with custom curved brushed aluminum headers and footers, edge lit LED panel headers, and a large graphic of a jet outlined with custom neon, while the main logo and title were rear lit with LED

This archaeological exhibit features dozens of artifacts from pre-colonial America.

Specialized artifact mounts and casework with focused lighting and digital graphic panels were used.

Several exhibit cases were created to house artifacts from the Civil War ranging from guns to buttons. Digital graphic panels illustrate the history behind the individuals pictured as well as the artifacts housed in the custom casings.

This exhibit features environmentally sealed artifact cases with desiccant chambers including fiber optic lighting throughout and digital graphic panels to create a Wall of Honor.

The National Park Service was very sucessful in displaying the collected historical photos and artifacts related to the site in an open, inviting and educational environment. Color-Ad was provided with a very small desktop scale model of the end objective. We in turn developed from the scale model all the necessary engineering drawings and fabrication specifications. Interactivity and visual media were also integrated into the exhibit. The end result was a complete immersive experience which highlights historical informational dialog, images and artifacts in a safe and secure exhibit.

Color-Ad competed with five other exhibit firms for this particular project and won the award for the contract for our competent design concept.

The Medal of Honor Gallery was a turn-key project which included numerous unique aspects such as a domed plaster ceiling, carved stone entry and frieze, and dioramas depicting heroic events from six major wars.

This extensive exhibit highlights all the countries of the world who were involved in the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) agreement. Each individual section shows a country's flag overlaid with a transparent glass panel showing the country map in silhouette along with the country seal.

This considerable LED world map in a cherry wall mounted case with a hydraulic door/hinge is used by NDU to highlight and represent every country that has a student attending their university.
